Gym Babe Apparel Return Policy

At Gym Babe Apparel, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your gym wear! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Exclusions: Final sale items, gift cards, and custom designs cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@gymbabeapparel.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we’ll send the return instructions.
  3. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item was defective or incorrect). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving your return. Exchanges will be processed once we receive your item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right!
